This house has a fantastic view across Poole Bay, Dorset. It is one of two houses in Studland designed by Charles Voysey. It was refurbished in 2004, together with a new extension designed, by MCA. The lighting design had to address two different-yet-complementary styles of architecture as well as keeping an eye on original Voysey details. Highlights of the specification include a hand-wrought picture light, finished with beeswax, concealing an up-to-the-minute LED light source.
