Its the usual story of a publicly-funded arts centre building with ideas of a new art+performance gallery - and precious little money to achieve it. So let's pull in a few favours, strike a couple of bargains and blag some bits and pieces - and see what we can come up with.
The fluorescent lamps for the visual arts component are 965 lamps from OSRAM - and are absolutely wonderful.
